4A/3A/2A/1A La Grande Girls State Champions for 2025!!
Girls 120: 3rd Place- Lyndie Isaacson
Girls 125: 3rd Place- Sydnee Azure
Girls 145: 2nd Place-Paige Allen
Girls 190: 2nd Place-Maddie Armstrong
Coach Rusty Gulzow was recognized as the first Girls Wrestling Coach to have back to back State Championships. Great job, Coach Gulzow!
4A La Grande Boys Team placed 3rd in State
Boys 113: 5th Place-Kallen Blakely
Boys 120: 2nd Place-Bragen Anderson
Boys 157: State Champion-Tommy Belding *Two-time State Champion!
Boys 165: 3rd Place- Noah Collins
Boys 215: 2nd Place-Dex Dunlap
Boys 285: State Champion- Kenai Huff
Coach Klel Carson will be inducted in the Oregon Wrestling Hall of Fame for 2025.
