La Grande School District celebrates Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month each February. Career and technical education help prepare students for the workforce by introducing them to real-life tools and situations they may encounter in the workforce in a safe environment that is conducive to learning. CTE teachers help bridge the gap between what industries need from future professionals, and what students learn in the classroom. La Grande students can experience CTE classes in the following areas: Agriculture and Natural Resources, Manufacturing, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Business, Hospitality and Tourism, and Medical. Las escuelas celebran la Educación Profesional y Técnica (CTE) cada mes de febrero. La educación profesional y técnica ayuda a preparar a los estudiantes para el mundo laboral, presentándoles herramientas y situaciones reales que pueden encontrar en el trabajo, en un entorno seguro y propicio para el aprendizaje.
