Senior Parents,
It is time to submit your student's Senior Slideshow photos. Please submit one baby picture, one school-aged picture, and one Senior picture to Nicole McConnell (nicole.mcconnell@lagrandesd.org) by March 18. If you only have physical copies and need them scanned, we can do that here at school. Just have your student drop photos off in an envelope with their name on it and we will scan them and return them. Every Senior will be represented in the slideshow. If you are having trouble finding photos or have any questions, please email Nicole McConnell. Remember, the deadline is March 18. Thank you!
There will be a Softball parent/player meeting on Wednesday, February 23. The meeting will take place in the LHS Media Center starting at 6:00 pm. Any students and parents that are interested in playing Softball should plan on attending.

LHS FBLA attended the Regional event at EOU on Thursday. Students must compete in regionals in order to qualify for the State Competition at the Oregon Convention Center in April. The top ten competitors in each competition are eligible to compete at the state level. This year every student that compted in Regionals qualified for a state event

All secondary teachers can attend any of these sessions with their classes and meet Oregon STEM industry professionals who will be sharing about their careers. Please note that you will need to create a free profile in order to attend.

Attention senior parents and seniors! The new year is here and so is preparing for graduation! As our registrar Mrs. Andrews prepares to order diplomas, it is of the utmost importance that she has the correct and complete spelling of your senior's FULL LEGAL NAME as stated on their birth certificate. Please fill out the electronic form titled "Full Legal Name Submission for High School Diploma." This form can be found on the La Grande High School webpage under the menu heading "Senior Information: Class of 2022."

LHS will have completed report cards mailed out to parents next week. We are waiting for completed grades from our LVLA students which come out early next week. This mailing will also include fee statements from our office, and we encourage you to review this information. Current grades and Semester 1 information are available when you log in to your ParentVUE account. Thank you for your patience as we navigate the impact of staff and students being out during the end of the semester.
Our very own Kinzy Bowen will be signing with Oregon State University on Thursday, January 27th in the LHS gym. Kinzy will be playing softball in the fall for OSU. Ceremony will start at 3:15. Congratulations on your new adventure Kinzy!!!

Have you ordered your cap/gown unit for graduation yet? The original deadline for ordering has passed. You must order immediately in order to have your cap/gown in time for the graduation ceremony

Our Swim team did amazing in Baker this past weekend. The boys team took first place and our girls team took second place.
