Herff Jones is hoping to have all orders placed before February 1. After that, there will be an increased charge of $10. Orders should be placed sooner rather than later. We have some stragglers. I also need to update the list for Herff -- because some of the students on the "no order" list no longer attend LHS and won't be graduating.

La Grande School Board Member, Robin Maille shares what it means to be a School Board member. "School board work is important to me because I get to see the results of our decisions over time. All decisions are meant to support kids as they navigate learning in our schools-whether it is related to policy, budget, curriculum, social-emotional support or facility improvement. It is important to support and work with the superintendent and other board members, not against them. We make decisions as a group, through active listening and patience. Expect to invest time in learning about the schools and being part of the committees to explore options and plan for the future."

Varsity Boys Basketball: Varsity Boys Basketball will be traveling to The Dalles on Saturday, January 21st to play Cascade High School. The game will begin at 1 p.m. Please help spread the word and come support the team if you can!
Basketball Fans:
Tomorrow's JV2 Boys and Girls basketball games in Pendleton will be played at Sherwood Elementary School. Girls will start at 4:30 p.m. and boys will start approximately 6 p.m. JV girls will begin at 3 p.m. followed by JV boys, Varsity girls and Varsity boys at Pendleton High School.
Sports Pictures:
Girls and Boys Basketball will be having team (and individual) pictures on Monday, January 23rd, after school.
Girls Wrestling will have team (and Individual) pictures on Tuesday, January 24th, after school.
Students can get a picture packet from the office, or from coaches. Susan Baird will be taking pictures for us!
SENIOR NIGHT: Boys Wrestling is hosting Baker High School on Friday, January 20th. This will be La Grande's senior night! Wrestling starts at 6 p.m. at LHS. Come celebrate the senior class and help cheer them on as they wrestle at home for one final time!

The games will still take place at Baker High School. Games will start with Girls JV at 3, Boys JV at 430, Girls Varsity at 6 and Boys Varsity at 730. Please help spread the word!!
