Register for LHS Athletics / Activities

• Parents will click on Parent
  • At the bottom, click on never logged in. (If you do not have a Final Forms Account). 
  • Follow Directions for creating an account. You will need to be able to access your email to confirm your account. 
  • Open email and confirm account. 
  • Create a password.  

• Directions will pop up for how to add your student(s). You will need to know your student’s ID number. This is the student email you will use. 
• You can choose multiple sports and activities at one time. 

• Students will click on Student. 
  • At the bottom, click on never logged in. (If you do not have a Final Forms Account). 
  • Fill out all information. You will need to have access to your email to confirm your account. 
  • Open email and confirm account. 
  • Create a password.
  • Fill out all forms

You must complete all forms. As you complete the forms, the line will turn from red to green. This shows that you have completed all necessary questions. Once you have completed the parent portion, it will send an email to your student to fill out their end of the registration.

To Pay your sports / Activities fee Online:

  • Enter your student’s ID number, no letters for the username
  • Enter your student’s last name, with a capital first letter for the password. 
  • Click on your student’s name
  • Click Items at Student’s School
  • Click on Athletics / Activities
  • Choose the sport or activity that you would like to add to cart. 
  • Check out.

Things to Note…

• Registration does not open until August 1st for all Athletics and Activities.

• Students can not make an account without their parents making an account first. Parents need to use the LGSD student email. 

• You have to log into your email and confirm your account BEFORE it will let you continue with the required steps/forms. 

• Both Parents and students must make an account and fill out the required forms before the student is considered eligible. 

• If you have filled out all of the required forms, the line for that form will turn green. If you are missing required information, the line will be red. 

• Students must register for Clubs/Activities and Sports. This includes Band and Choir. 

• You must fill out the new registration forms in Final Forms. The old platform will not be available for Athletics and Activities Registration any further. Paper forms will not be accepted. 

• Payment for Clubs, Activities, Sports and School Fees can be made at:

        https://or-lagrande.intouchreceipting.com/signin

• If you paid for a Club, Activity or Sport already, it does not sync automatically in Final Forms. The office will transfer payments over manually.
